If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll fix it — fast.

  • A free replacement sent to you at no cost

In these cases, you do not need to send the item back.

If You’ve Simply Changed Your Mind

We understand — sometimes it’s just not the right fit.

If the item is in perfect, unused condition and you’d like to return it:

  • The return shipping cost is covered by you
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Ship the item to the return address we provide

Please note: items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This helps us get the right product to you as quickly as possible.

European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

The item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds: What to Expect

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved
  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
